I am Dave Wisean the Finance Manager, my role is pivotal in streamlining all of our processes here at Happy Futures.
I work closely with the Operationas Director I am the first point of contact for invoicing, payments, ensuring that our internal and external systems are functional and our processes are flawless.
I oversee the development of marketing materials and update the companies website.
I collect and collate all the relevant information within the company and produce graphs and statistical information relating to compliance, questionnaires, business functions and performance.
My role is to develop costings for potential support packages and liaise with brokerage teams to ensure contracts are correct prior to support being delivered.
I have developed a computerised system to assist with rotas, invoicing and wages to ensure accuracy is maintained within the internal processes across the business
