In July 2017, Happy Futures decided to apply for Autism Accreditation, it is an internationally-recognised process of support and development for companies providing support services to autistic people.
The accreditation proves that Happy Futures are committed to understanding autism and that our service is setting the standard for autism practice following the audit and guidance of best practise from the National Autistic Society.
The process is a three year accreditation and it involves changing and auditing the services provided to ensure best practise is maintained. It also involves attending best practise events and attending meetings with the assessor and our staff team to work toward goals and outcomes within our services.
